Target Race
Northern Thailand is an amazingly beautiful place. Majestic mountains, big lakes and twisty roads. It's the perfect place to race.

The Srilanna Triathlon in January 2026 is our target race. The following 36 week training plans aim to prepare the older athlete to race safely.
